New Patient Registration

We suggest that new patients see our Healthcare Assistant or one of our nurses for an initial health review. If you are on regular medications it is advisable to see a GP as well. It is useful if we have details of your medical background as it can take time for your records to arrive from your previous surgery.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

We welcome new patients from the area of Royston and surrounding villages shown within the inner boundary shown in black below.  The outer red line to the south indicates the boundary within which existing patients can live and still remain registered with the surgery.

Please note - if you move outside of our Practice boundary you will need to register with another Practice within who's practice boundary you are now living. You can find your nearest GP surgery using the GP locator option on the NHS Choices website.
